Our General Policies

Every item is handmade to order, so please allow time for us to create your purchase. We work hard to complete every order as quickly as possible.

Your estimated shipping date is displayed in your shopping cart, during checkout, and on your email receipt. To help us maintain our quality and turnaround times, we accept orders only up to one month in advance. If our production schedule becomes fully booked for the next month, we will temporarily stop accepting new orders until space becomes available.

In most cases, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking is not available, we will email you with an estimated delivery time for your package.

All payments on this website are securely processed through PayPal. You can pay using a PayPal balance, a linked bank account, PayPal Credit (where available), debit or credit cards, and eligible rewards balances.
